Address Changes: We are unable to make changes to the shipping address once an order has been dispatched. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellation Fee: A management and transaction fee of 15% of the total order value will apply if the order has been processed. If the order has not been processed, no fee will be applied.
