1. Cancellation & Modification

We allow order cancellations and modifications within 10 hours of order placement.

Please contact us immediately with your order number and reason for the change.

Orders canceled after approval are subject to a 30% cancellation fee to cover processing and restocking costs.

Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days and may take up to 15 days to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

The return window is 30 days from the date you receive the product.

Returns are only accepted for new, unused items in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Method: All returns must be made by mail.

Return Label: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return label via email. You will be able to download and print the return shipping label.

Return Label Cost: Free for defective, incorrect, or damaged items. Customer's responsibility for returns due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong size, changed mind).

Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance are not eligible for return unless defective. Items returned in used or damaged condition without original tags will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Reminder: If returning multiple items, please return them together in one package to qualify for Free Return on all items. If returned individually, additional shipping fees may apply.

3. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within the 30-day window.

Exchanges are allowed for different sizes, colors, or models.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If unavailable, we will assist you with a suitable alternative or issue a refund.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned products.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
